September updates

Hi hi! It’s been a busy month over here, I’ve been working on a project for the city of Montreal in collaboration with Massivart which I will share shortly but for now, here are a few exhibition & press updates ~

First up, here are some installation views of my work (and Texas Isaiah’s beautiful work in the title image as well) as part of Fotografiska New York x Vice’s exhibition “New Visions”. The exhibition actually originally opened up back in March a few days before quarantine hit after which the museum had to remain closed for several months, but it is finally back up and open again! The exhibition is on view at the museum until October 18. You can see more about the exhibit here: https://www.fotografiska.com/nyc/exhibition/new-visions/

Second up - in New York as well - I currently have some work on show as part of Photoville festival with The Journal / Women Photograph. Our exhibition is displayed in Brooklyn bridge park so it outdoors and free to access, you can see more info here: https://photoville.nyc/journal-women-photographers-respond-covid-19/ - I’m not sure how long it’s staying up but I believe it is through the fall season!

& here’s a shot of my panel via fosteenstagram on instagram.

& some press for Puberty on Musee mag as well : https://museemagazine.com/culture/2020/9/9/weekend-portfolio-laurence-philomne

Lots of love,
